You don’t have to die to visit purgatory

The The 6th annual Purgatory Film Exhibition & Artist Bazaar, that is 😉

On March 11th & 12th 2016 at the Detroit’s Tangent Gallery, the DAMNED Exhibition proudly presents the sixth exhibition of powerful cinema called: Purgatory VI – A Cinematic Exploration of the Soul.

Purgatory will present approximately 90 minutes of short films of introspective, emotive and/or enlightened subject matters from filmmakers local and worldwide. This is not an industry-focused film festival, but a tributary showcase of the often redemptive films from the filmmaker’s personal collections.
NOW FEATURING…THE PURGATORY BAZAAR!  Come in early before the show and visit the bazaar featuring a dozen local artists, mostly from the DAMNED Exhibition, selling their own original art, prints and merchandise. Help support local artists!
Admission is $10 ($5 matinee on Saturday), which includes a coupon for $5 off any $25+ purchase in the bazaar and free popcorn.

This event is 18+ due to mature film and art content.

A cash bar is also present for alcoholic and non-alcoholic pleasures.
