Just because I cannot hear does not mean I am a monstrosity or incapable of higher thinking. There is nothing wrong with my mind, nor my heart, only my ears. I do not think I need to be fixed; there is nothing wrong with me.
The problem is not that I cannot hear. It is that the hearing world refuses to listen.
